I spent over 20 years running my own orthopedic massage clinic, working with professional athletes, sports teams, weekend warriors, and people managing everyday physical strain. Orthopedic massage isn’t about one technique — it’s a precision-based approach rooted in assessment. I start by identifying the root cause of dysfunction through detailed evaluation, then create a fully personalized plan for each client.
My treatment is guided by what I find — not a preset routine. I draw from a broad range of techniques including AIS, PNF, myofascial release, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, lymphatic drainage amongst many more - choosing the right tool for the issue at hand. Whether it’s pre- or post-sport support, injury recovery, or long-term musculoskeletal health, the goal is always the same: restore balance, improve function, and get you moving well again.
